Charles Corm
Charles is a Founding Partner at Inco Capital. Charles is also the CEO at Corm Capital. Corm Capital ® is a global multi-sector holding company founded in 1998 and active in five main sectors: finance, investments, technology, media and real estate. Backed by prestigious international advisors, Corm Capital is committed to operating to the highest ethical and moral standards. This common goal is extended to the company's ever-growing portfolio of businesses, assets and investments. Charles is also the Founder at OX Factory (an ICT startup incubator) and the Founder at OX Media (a fully integrated online media company). He is a shareholder in a number of global startups since 1996, having created a solid, extensive and diversified portfolio of what are now, for the most, successful businesses (some publicly listed). Charles acts as an Advisor to several global companies where he brings his combined expertise in management, finance and technology to help them achieve a number of critical funding, strategic and business development oriented goals. Charles also acts as a Connector, having assembled one of the most extensive contact networks in the MENASA region and beyond. Other than that, Charles was a hedge fund analyst and investment banker on Wall Street for several years. He sits on the board of a number of reputed firms as well as established NGOs and charitable organizations including the Charles Corm Foundation (named after his late grandfather). Charles is also an accomplished and internationally exhibited artist, combining traditional painting, photography and digital art. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School as well as degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Paris Dauphine University. Charles is the recipient of several prestigious and internationally recognized awards, often being among the youngest 1%. These include an Award for Outstanding Achievements in Business from The International Biographical Centre at Cambridge ® as well as being a Listee in Marquis Who's Who in the World and a Listee in Marquis Who's Who in Finance and Business (Marquis Who's Who ® is the leading who's who in the world since 1899).
Jean-Marc Ingea
Jean-Marc is a Founding Partner at Inco Capital. In addition to his functions at Inco Capital, Jean-Marc is the CEO of Elcir ®, a global contracting company specialized in five star hotels and high end real estate projects. Under his tenure, Elcir conducted projects in countries as varied as the Bahamas, Barbados, France, Turkmenistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Egypt. Elcir's reference list includes, among others, prestigious projects such as Atlantis in the Bahamas, Sandy Lane in Barbados, Four Seasons in Cairo, Four Seasons in Amman and Ritz Carlton in Doha. Prior to becoming CEO and since 1994, Jean-Marc served as Elcir's CFO, effectively restructuring the company's capital. Jean-Marc has in-depth knowledge of global real estate. He has advised some of the world's leading companies such as Walt Disney in its development of one million square meters of commercial and office space around the company's French theme park in 1993. Prior to Elcir, Jean-Marc was a business unit manager at Bouygues, France's construction giant, identifying and negotiating residential projects worth 100 million euros and above. Jean-Marc sits on the boards of several companies and non-profit associations. Among others, he is the Secretary General of the Harvard Business School Club of Lebanon. Jean-Marc holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from McGill University in Canada, a Minor in Management as well an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Thomas Mahlouf
In addition to his functions at Inco Capital, Thomas is the COO of the Mahlouf Group ®. The Mahlouf Group is a family run company with several billion dollars in assets. The Group's main activity is real estate with substantial assets in the US, France, the UK, China and South America. It also owns more than 15 high-end hotels across the world. In 2007, Thomas raised 120 million dollars for three boutique hotels in the US. In 2006, the Mahlouf Group acquired three hotels in Mexico. The Group also manages a substantial hedge fund portfolio. Thomas was responsible for supervising a team of three analysts managing the Group's hedge fund holdings. In 2005, the Group opened up its hedge fund division to outside investors, raising more than 300 million dollars. In 2004, Thomas launched an internal investment program aimed at diversifying a portion of the Group's assets out of the public equity markets and into private technology companies. The Group is currently invested in more than 15 technology companies, six of which are now listed on the NASDAQ. Thomas sits on the board of four of these companies. Prior to his position as Managing Director, Thomas ran two hotels owned by the Mahlouf Group, returning them both to profitability. Thomas has a BA in Economics and an MS in Finance from Phoenix University. Thomas also holds an MBA in Management from New York University.
Paulo Germanos
In addition to his functions at Inco Capital, Paulo is the CEO of SAFI ® (South American Financial Investments), a 3 billion dollar family office. SAFI regroups four South American families from Brazil and Argentina. These families have interests in construction, oil and gas, real estate and trading. SAFI was setup to manage their financial interests. SAFI is heavily invested in alternative investments such as private equity, venture capital and hedge funds. Paulo joined SAFI in 1998 and was responsible for building the private equity and venture capital investing division from three to eight investment professionals. Before SAFI, Paulo spent three years as the personal advisor of a South American billionaire. Paulo advised him on his financial investment strategy and setup a group of three investment professionals to implement the plan. From 1991 to 1995, Paulo and his brother Ricardo managed his family's boutique investment banking business, increasing revenue from 25 million dollars to over 75 million dollars. Paulo continues to sit on the board of the company. His brother Ricardo is currently the company's CEO. Paulo has a BA in Management and an MS in Finance from Sao Paulo University. He also holds an MBA in Finance as well as a PhD in Advanced Financial Structuring from Brasilia University.
Prakash Krishan
In addition to his functions at Inco Capital, Prakash is the COO of Krishan Holdings ® (KH), an Indian investment holding company with assets in excess of 2 billion dollars. Founded and still managed by Prakash's father Mahesh, KH is currently owned by several Indian families with interests in oil and gas, manufacturing and technology. KIH's operating companies include a petroleum distribution company in Jaipur, two textile manufacturing plants in Kandla, a call center in Nagpur, eight technology companies in Bangalore as well as several real estate assets in Chennai and Pondicherry. KIH recently acquired several manufacturing plants in Hyderabad and spun off its technology assets as a separate entity, Krishan Technology Holdings ® (KTH), managed by Prakash's younger brother Ajay. As a group, KTH alone reported 2007 revenues of 275 million dollars and a net profit of 50 million dollars. As KH's COO, Prakash is constantly looking for investment opportunities in India and abroad. Since 2004, KH decided to diversify its investments out of India and into other emerging markets. KH recently acquired real estate assets in Hong Kong and Shanghai as well as a textile manufacturing plant in Shenzhen. Prakash holds a BA in Mathematics as well as an MBA in Management from Delhi University.
